Before building anything new, we look honestly at what is already happening. We account for every hour of your current week, identify your time leaks, and determine where your energy is going versus where it needs to go. This audit alone produces immediate insight most clients have never had before.
Step 3: Your Personalized Coaching Plan
Based on your audit, your goals, and your leadership responsibilities, Scott builds a coaching plan designed specifically for you. This includes your weekly schedule, your priority framework, your decision filters, and your 90-day targets. Nothing is borrowed from a template.
Step 4: Regular Coaching Sessions
You and Scott meet regularly for focused, structured coaching sessions. Each session reviews your progress, solves current challenges, and advances your plan. Between sessions, you have access to support so you never feel like you are figuring things out alone.
